Marketing Firm Needed Differentiation
Marketing Metrics had written a book on customer service and asked
Rosica to promote it in a way that would make it stand out in a
crowded marketplace of “how-to” business books. Our
dual challenge was to brand the book through mass media and promote
their marketing consultancy among high profile clients. First, we
media-trained company principals to prepare them for television,
magazine and newspaper interviews. After securing coverage such
as the PBS Nightly Business Report, CBS MarketWatch, Associated
Press, Kansas City Star, DM News and US News & World Report,
we sent copies of media coverage to a VIP list of their prospective
and existing clients, which we developed collaboratively. Our strategies
and tactics helped Marketing Metrics brand their book, drive sales,
and become an expert resource to media.
