How to Find and Keep the Best Employees
Our client, ARCNET, was having a difficult time finding and retaining
top-performing engineers, architects, and CAD operators. Rosica
created and executed an award-winning media event spotlighting the
company’s incentive program that provided BMWs to employees
on their one-year anniversary. Our event strategy for the “Big
BMW Giveaway” included all 28 automobiles lined up to take
an inaugural lap around ARCNET’s building, a checkered flag
with our client’s name/web site address and a man lift for
TV cameras and newspapers photographers. Media coverage included
The New York Times, Business Week, Parade Magazine CNN, MSNBC, CBS,
NBC, FOX New York television, ABC TV in over 60 U.S. cities, the
ABC radio Network (over 3,000 stations), international coverage
in Europe and Japan, and more. After the event our client received
more than 100 resumes a day for over a year and Rosica won three
Mercury Awards for successful PR strategy and execution,
generating over one billion media impressions within six months.
