Chris Rosica,
President and Chief Executive Officer
As hands-on president and CEO, Chris is responsible for creating
public relations strategies and marketing plans, consulting, crisis
management and client advocacy. Since joining the agency in 1998,
Chris has added a dynamic dimension and style to the firm. He frequently
lectures on public relations and marketing at universities and regularly
speaks at tradeshows in the beauty, food, and multicultural industries.
Chris serves as president of the New York chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs’
Organization, on the board of directors of United Way of Essex and
West Hudson and Boys and Girls Clubs in New Jersey. He is also an
advisor to the board of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Chris is a graduate of Johnson & Wales and Florida International
Universities.
John Rosica,
Chief Strategist
John brings more than 45 years of experience in marketing and public
relations to the agency’s national client roster. Prior to
becoming the founding partner, he held various positions in the
entertainment industry. He was responsible for public relations,
promotions, marketing, merchandising and sales at such companies
as RCA, Paramount, Columbia Pictures Music and A&M Records.
Credited with putting the “fame” into Wally Amos’s
cookie company, John is chief strategist and creative director of
the agency. He is a member of the Counselors Academy of the Public
Relations Society of America and serves on the board of directors
of Eva’s Village, a Paterson, New Jersey-based community action
program.
Marilyn Rosica,

Marilyn Rosica, Co-Founder & Media Relations Director
Marilyn supervises nationwide media activities, client services
and writing/editing for the agency. Marilyn is a veteran of television,
having conducted weekly interviews in the New York - metro area
for several years, and was previously National Public Relations
Director of the Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Company. She is
a board member of Project Literacy U.S., past vice president of
Literacy Volunteers of America-New Jersey, and is a member of the
Public Relations Society of America and Women Executives in Public
Relations.
