Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE is the latest addition to the line of products from the Flirty Girls, Kerry and Krista Knee. The sisters started the company in 2005 when a love of fitness, past business experience and an entrepreneurial spirit inspired them to create a dynamic and unique workout program incorporating pole dance. The Flirty Girl Fitness center quickly became one of the top wellness facilities for women in Toronto.
