“Storytelling is a mission-critical solution that can help preserve and improve our public schools, but it must be supported by a broader strategy centered on clearly articulating a district’s why, who, how, and what,” Rosica states.  

The piece also highlights how families are relying on online research, social media, and AI-driven search results to form perceptions before engaging directly with schools. This shift places greater importance on visibility and credibility in search results, earned media coverage, and content marketing.
