Five of our senior managers and media relations executives have worked together for more than 20 years, and our team of more than 15 professionals has an average tenure of 13 years at Rosica – an anomaly in today’s PR world of “staffing churn.”

Our team developed the PR/communication industry’s only thought leadership measurement tool, the Thought Leadership IndexTM, a unique algorithm that considers more than a dozen key factors that impact category leadership. We also developed SalesSmart PRSM, PitchSmart PRSM, and InfluenceSmart PRSM, which are now part of our StrategySmart PRSM Suite of offerings that help our client-partners strategically leverage PR to help our clients bolster SEO, social media, thought leadership, stakeholder communications, online reputation management, and content marketing.

Some of our work is recognized in PR textbooks taught to college students around the nation – demonstrating the importance of creativity, strategy, tenacity, and measurement in client goal attainment. Agency President Chris Rosica has authored three books and has contributed to numerous national business and trade publications for our clients (including healthcare, education, ed-tech, animal health, and nonprofit).

In 2023, Rosica introduced SnapShot MonitoringTM, a comprehensive social media and online reputation monitoring platform that keeps clients informed about (positive and negative) social conversations, online mentions, and competitor news.
