T&M Associates, a leading national engineering, environmental services and consulting firm, announces the opening of its Indianapolis office. T&M has appointed Ashly Insco, regional compliance manager and group manager, and Jim Alvarez, client manager and principal geologist, to lead the office. Both are recognized experts in the field and will direct and deliver the company’s broad range of services to public and private sector clients throughout the region. Ms. Insco joins T&M as a certified hazardous materials manager (CHMM) and Mr. Alvarez is a licensed professional geologist (LPG) in the state of Indiana.
Ms. Insco brings more than 22 years of environmental, health and safety (EHS) experience to T&M. She specializes in developing, implementing and auditing EHS and energy management and compliance systems. Ms. Insco also develops and provides customized EHS training for all industries. Mr. Alvarez has particular expertise in developing and administering EHS programs at industrial facilities as well as leading due diligence portfolios, both of which he has conducted globally over the course of his nearly 25-year career.

The new office is located at 201 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. As part of T&M Associates, it will provide the firm’s full portfolio of services which includes EHS auditing and program development/implementation, site investigation and remediation, due diligence and transactional support, industrial hygiene, permitting, grants and funding, landscape architecture, energy efficiency, transportation engineering, water resources, stormwater management and construction administration among others.
