The Series E raise includes re-investment from all current investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing total equity funding to date to $107.3 million.

The company’s multi-channel commerce platform, which includes a proprietary transaction engine and contextual serving capabilities, serves longtime clients including – NBC Universal, Twentieth Century Fox, CBS, Discovery Communications, UFC, A&E Television Networks, HBO, Showtime and more.
